The Mid-Level Website Designer’s responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and website mockup design. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with website designs (including desktop and mobile), we’d like you to join our growing team.

Ultimately, you will help our team strategically create high converting websites with both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Portfolio of design work and research required
  • 2-5 years experience – agency experience preferred
  • Adobe XD experience preferred, or Figma/Sketch
  • Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Experience working with HTML & CSS, SEO best practices
  • Fluent in responsive design and execute across multiple interfaces, platforms and channels (web, mobile, social media)
  • Conduct research to look for ways to optimize and improve designs in reference to conversion rates, customer retention, engagement, bounce rates, etc. Understanding web analytics like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Able to design full-solution mockups based on results-driven research and present them to the team.
  • Create beautiful and meaningful designs for our client websites which effectively communicate the brand and services while driving conversions.
  • Develop and implement a digital style guide that is inline with internal brand docs and modern web design principles.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and experience with Elementor or other page builders preferred, JavaScript is a bonus.
  • Experience with web design for the legal and home services industry is a plus.

Pay: From $45,000 per yer

We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager to run PPC & Display campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO). You should be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

 

Skills

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms is preferred
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CallRail, etc.)
  • Understanding of WordPress is a plus
    Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
  • Certification in AdWords, Analytics, and Tag Manager is a must.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a supportive strategic role and is accountable for meeting the goals of clients’ campaigns. This must be done within a defined scope and cost based on the requirements and constraints of specific client campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with their dedicated Digital Marketing Strategist to create and design digital marketing strategies and execute SEO work within their team.

Excellent communication skills and taking initiative are a must in this role. You will be accountable for ensuring a portfolio of clients in achieving the best ROI possible from their digital marketing campaigns.

Previous digital marketing and/or client service experience is a must.

Job Responsibilities

  • Show ownership and accountability for the success of client digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Strategist and team to ensure all client campaigns are successful
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and for digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize content and pages for search engine optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor websites and online presence
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed websites
  • Work with content production teams to drive SEO in content creation and optimization
  • Self-motivated, data-driven and customer focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, and devising digital campaigns that attract, inform, engage and convert

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of digital marketing and SEO experience
  • Proven onsite/on-page and technical SEO experience
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Agency Analytics and Screaming Frog are all recommended but not required
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills; high-levels of accuracy, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to stay organized, handle multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently and without supervision
  • Proactivity, ownership, confidence, and motivation to grow within your team and company
  • Must be data-driven and be able to thrive in a technical and data-rich environment
  • Experience with optimizing WordPress websites (experience with RankMath a plus)
  • Ability to follow up on tasks or with other team members in order to successfully complete tasks
  • Experience with Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Ability to help create and execute digital marketing strategies, projects and tasks
  • An understanding of SEO performance metrics including organic traffic, rankings, local rankings and conversions
  • Understanding the legal industry and how law firms work is a plus but not required
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within WordPress a plus, but not required
